Coral provides educational content for school and exam preparation. Services may be updated or changed at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or be uninterrupted.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Our Services are intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users may interact with a generative-AI based tutor bot and contribute prompts. Users agree to use the Services for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials available on Coral, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Coral, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUND TERMS

Pre-sale period offers all content through August 1, 2025. Content will be provided as stated on the website on August 1, 2024, or sooner. Should we fail to deliver the content by the stated date, a full refund will be issued.

7. TERMINATION

Coral reserves the right to terminate access to our Services at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Coral makes no representations about the results to be obtained from using the Services and is not liable for any academic performance outcomes. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Coral reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make such changes by posting them here. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by Delaware Law. Any disputes arising under or in any way connected to this Agreement shall be litigated or arbitrated in Delaware.
