Coral, a growing EdTech company, is changing the learning experience with adaptive textbooks, video tutorials, homework delivery, Qbanks, and practice tests based on the method of spaced repetition learning. We cater to a variety of audiences, preparing learners for standardized tests like AP exams, ACT, MCAT, and NCLEX.

We are currently seeking ambitious and self-driven Campus Sales Representatives to join our team. If you are a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial individual with a passion for education and social impact, we would love to hear from you. This role is primarily B2C, focused on pre-sales amongst peers. No experience is necessary, though preference will be given to pre-med students with sales experience.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. Sales reps will earn 55% of revenues that they drive directly and 25% of revenues from reps they recruit. Additionally, reps will earn 25% of revenues from recruits who resubscribe for year 2 and 35% of revenues from recruits who resubscribe for year 3. Pre-sales are priced at $49 per recruit per year, with year 2 and 3 sales projected at $125 per recruit per year.

The market is large and hungry for higher quality, more affordable products. We believe that the product we are offering is not only more affordable, but will also be an industry leader in quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-sales among peers, promoting Coral's unique educational tools and resources.
  • Recruit new sales representatives, expanding Coral's reach and influence.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to our product and marketing teams.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Coral's product offerings and pricing structures.

Job requirements

  • Current pre-med student, with sales experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making a significant social impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to promote products effectively.
  • Desire and drive to meet and exceed goals.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
