Coral is a rapidly growing EdTech company that is transforming the learning experience through adaptive textbooks, video tutorials, homework delivery, Qbanks, and practice tests built around spaced repetition learning. We cater to a broad audience, from district and university sales in a B2B model to individual learners preparing for standardized tests such as AP exams, ACT, MCAT, and NCLEX.

As we prepare for our content release in Summer 2024, we're on the lookout for passionate and highly skilled MCAT Instructors to join our dynamic team. If you're excited about revolutionizing the learning experience, eager to make a significant social impact, and want to benefit from a flexible side hustle, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers immense flexibility, suitable for candidates who can dedicate anywhere from 1 to 5 hours per month. Compensation is based on a top-line revenue split, with the opportunity for outsized financial returns, but no guarantee.

  • Develop and update MCAT content for the Coral platform. Instructors are welcome to only contribute to the portions of the MCAT that they are most familiar with.
  • Review and refine existing MCAT content for accuracy and educational value.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and insights for our product and tech teams.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality content.

The creation of video content will offer additional opportunities for work and compensation. It is our goal to make the content creation process, including video creation, seamless and headache-free for our collaborators.

Job requirements

  • Must have scored in the 95th percentile or higher on the MCAT or recently worked as an MCAT tutor with another tutoring company.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of MCAT content.
  • Passion for teaching and making a significant social impact.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team.

Coral celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applicants of all backgrounds who meet these criteria to apply.
